I have always had a passion for candles and would rarely have an evening without one lit, to me they create a sense of calm, happiness and contentment as well as unwind after a busy day.
My interest for wellbeing started in 2018, my mental health hit an all time low and found myself continually going round in circles, full of highs & lows and having no self worth or hope for what the future would bring. I knew I had to change the way I felt about myself and the lifestyle I led in order to have a healthy and happier life. I started practising mindfulness, journaling at night, being creative like making candles for myself or playing the piano, setting routines and other creative things to enhance my wellbeing and benefit my life.  A big part of my healing journey was essential oils and I was amazed at the benefits they had, I used them in everyday life and still do until this day. I feel I have finally reached a goal, the goal of a happier life which is full of love, and contentment. I am forever grateful to of taken that step to want to change my lifestyle and self worth.
I now want to spread the love, care and positivity through my products, to want people to believe that it can get better, whatever place you’ve come from. The best investment you can ever make is investing in yourself and your wellbeing.
